The Mexican Revolution was an armed conflict that took place in Mexico, and it initiated on November 20, 1910.
The precedents of the conflict go back to the situation of Mexico under the Porfiriato. From 1876 the oaxaqueño general Porfirio Díaz exercised the power in the country of a dictatorial way. The situation extended for 34 years, during which Mexico experienced a notable economic growth and political stability. These achievements realized with high economic and social costs, that they paid the strata least favored of the company and the political opposition to Díaz's regime.
